1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BizScraper ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BizScraper is a Windows desktop application that allows users to search for business listings via Google Maps and export lead data including business names, phone numbers, websites, and other publicly available information.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may maintain only one free account.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are the unit of consumption. 1 credit = 1 lead delivered.
Free accounts receive 50 credits on registration.
Credits purchased as one-time top-ups never expire.
Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each 30-day billing cycle and do not roll over.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on a cancelled subscription may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BizScraper to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial communications to the leads found.
Resell, redistribute, or create derivative datasets for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape our servers, or reverse-engineer the application.
Use the data in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The BizScraper application, its design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by BizScraper. The business data returned by searches is publicly available information from Google Maps and is not owned by BizScraper.

7. Limitation of Liability

BizScraper is provided "as is". We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizScraper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
